Paper Tintoretto Gesso 250 g // 2 pieces of 14,8 x 21 cm each // Digital offset printing
“I am very big on new year – new beginning kind of resolutions. I am also a proper night owl and almost always miss the mornings. The reasoning behind this piece is selfish yet I think universal.
It is meant to motivate you to slide from under the duvet in the frosty January mornings and start working towards those things you say you want but never find the energy for. It is meant to be a go-getter pair of images so to speak.
Some people react better to visual stimulation, others to words that swirl in their heads like a mantra, hence the two pieces. If you like me are stimulated by both then I hope New Dawn would be like a double shot espresso for you. ”
